Electronics & Communication Engineering is among the most exciting and challenging area of engineering and one of the key disciplines in a highly technological society.

Electronics & Communication Engineering has been driving the evolution of technology by being able to effectively apply fundamental concept and integrate knowledge from various disciplines, while perusing frontier research, creating new ideas and innovations. Presently fast and reliable communication in the world is the contribution of Electronics & Communication Engineering’s.
Department allows the students to plan their individual career by offering four years, full time B.Tech.in Electronics & Communication Engineering and two years, full time M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering programmes, approved by AICTE, New Delhi, Govt. of Haryana and affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Department comprises of various state-of- art laboratories with well equipped modern instruments and software manned by experienced faculty and lab technicians. For effective learning and deep understanding of the subjects, classroom teaching is carried to the labs. Department also organizes seminars, workshops and conferences for the students and faculty to enhance their knowledge and to meet out the demand of industries. These dedicated activities build up confidence in the students for global competition. The main goal of department is to prepare the engineers as per the expectations of industries and research.

Labs of ECE Department

Department labs are well equipped with latest software for B.Tech. as well as M.Tech. students. Practical skills are equally important to theoretical knowledge. Believing in this, we are exploring the students toward the implementation of new ideas along with the university practicals. Students are motivated to prepare their own printed circuit boards in PCB design lab. Our satellite and wireless communication lab is another gem having state-of-art equipment in which students are trained to achieve the practical knowledge about the latest technology. Students are also encouraged to make projects and implement their ideas in the field of robotics, wireless communication, embedded systems etc. The department is fully dedicated to provide educational program that is intentionally directed to the growth of a complete engineer.
